Lonja explains the technical development of the internet in an elegant and nearly-hypnotic short video, only using picol.org black-and-white icons. Very instructive movie – I will definitely show this to plenty of my students in the next couple of years:

From now on, nobody gets away with the classic excuse: “I’m just a user, I don’t understand the underlying technology.”
